Job summary

MAA Dexter Lake is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a dynamic multifamily housing team. This role focuses on collections, leasing, and resident services while contributing to office operations and property performance.

You will work with residents and prospects to match them with the right home, manage move-ins/outs, and support the property team in delivering excellent service and value.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience.
• Bookkeeping skills and/or experience.
• High school diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ancillary fees from residents, including delinquent accounts.
• Post income and deposits.
• Inspect apartment homes after move-out.
• Sell and provide customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Lease apartments.
• Provide office management and support.

Assistant Property Manager
