Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, leasing, or a related leadership role.
• Prior experience supervising or leading others is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents, team members, and vendors.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily property operations across leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, and administration.
• Lead on-site team including leasing staff and maintenance personnel.
• Make day-to-day decisions to resolve issues and maintain property standards.
• Drive occupancy through leasing strategies, renewals, marketing, and community engagement.
• Ensure rent collection, financial reporting, and compliance with guidelines.
• Serve as a responsive contact for residents and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve performance, curb appeal, and retention.
