JES Holdings seeks a Property Manager for Baltimore Meadows, Kirksville area, to oversee daily operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations. The role emphasizes compliance with affordable housing programs and excellent customer service to residents.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and drive occupancy targets while ensuring programmatic compliance and community standards are upheld across assigned properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations
• Experience with income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Market and lease apartments and maintain occupancy targets.
• Manage budgets and cost controls for annual operations.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are followed.
• Conduct initial lease processing with certification and annual recertifications.
• Pass state and government inspections and maintain standards.
• Directly supervise property staff, including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Organize regular community activities and on-call for emergencies.
• Travel for regional trainings and conferences as required.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
