Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of tax credit experience.
• Sales or leasing experience required.
• General office and accounting skills needed.
• Proficiency with computers required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in supervising on-site staff.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to resolve property management issues.
• Supervise vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts.
• Assist in preparing operating and capital budgets and reconciliations.
• Review accounts payable for accuracy and process payments.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors on work orders.
• Schedule moves, verify insurance, and maintain property records.
• Prepare monthly reports and support marketing, accounting, and construction needs.
• Post resident and rent payments and complete software duties.
