Job summary

Housing Trust Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Miami to support the Property Manager with on-site operations, leasing marketing, and resident relations. You will help manage budgets, supervise staff, and coordinate vendors to keep buildings compliant and well maintained.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of tax credit experience, and proficiency with Windows/Word/Excel; Yardi Voyager is preferred to streamline property management tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or an assistant role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in supervising on-site staff.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service contracts are met.
• Assist in preparing operating and capital budgets and reconciliations.
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage move-ins/move-outs and payments.
