Qualifications

• Minimum three years of residential property management experience.
• Strong marketing and budgeting skills with leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze property data and financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of community operations under the Regional Manager.
• Maintain an exceptional customer experience through staff motivation.
• Oversee maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
• Develop and support property budgets and marketing plans.
• Review resident applications, leases, and renewals.
• Participate in pricing discussions and owner calls.
