The role focuses on supporting the Property Manager, coordinating marketing, showing units, processing applications, and ensuring a high-quality living experience while meeting budget and occupancy goals. You will train on-site staff, manage records and reports, and uphold Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in Property Management or related work.
• Fair Housing certification required before interacting with prospects or residents.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and community software applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing and marketing to secure residents.
• Show property to prospective residents and handle inquiries.
• Collaborate with leasing team to meet property goals and analyze traffic and renewal data.
• Maintain rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/move-outs.
• Assist Property Manager with training on-site staff.
