Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving marketing results for the community.
• Post rent to the tracking system.
• Secure a high percentage of closed leases.
• Maintain reports and records of administrative forms and reports.
• Collaborate on resident retention programs and communications.
