Residential One LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Maryland under the daily direction of the Property Manager. The role oversees community operations, staff training, occupancy goals, and compliance with affordable housing regulations.

It requires supervising leasing activities, reporting, and maintaining secure, orderly premises. The position involves coordinating with the Regional Director and ensuring timely certifications, move-ins, and inspections while striving for 100%

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training of all property staff.
• Creates a positive, welcoming, supportive environment for residents, visitors, and community staff.
• Maintains the office in a neat and clean condition.
• Evaluates staff performance, including annual performance reviews.
• Counsels underperforming staff and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Prepares and submits timesheets and payroll adjustments.
• Assists in the selection of community staff and conducts preliminary interviews.
• Maintains knowledge of affordable regulatory forms and documents.
• Submits reports as specified on Residential One’s timetable.
• Maintains building security measures and incident documentation within 24 hours.
• Oversees routine file audits and filing systems.
• Ensures staff attendance at trainings and compliance with policies.
