Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Strong budgeting, rent collection, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily property operations including leasing and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain occupancy of 97% or higher and minimize vacancy loss.
• Coordinate unit turns and ensure readiness within 10 days.
• Monitor rent collections, expenses, and financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and Fair Housing.
