Quantum Real Estate Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in maintaining assets and ensuring HUD compliance across a scattered-site portfolio.

You will oversee administrative operations, tenant relations, and vendor coordination, ensuring resident satisfaction and regulatory adherence. This role requires flexible on-call availability and collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD regulations and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Strong tenant relations and administrative coordination skills.
• Ability to manage recertifications, verifications, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager and Regional Manager with daily operations and special projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, departments, HUD, and vendors.
• Serve as on-call representative for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate turnover procedures.
