Avenue5 Residential in Corvallis, OR, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations, lease administration, reporting, and resident satisfaction across our properties.

This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to manage vendor contracts, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred; knowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable: collect rent, post rent, make deposits, and balance rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports in a timely manner.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy and action dates such as expirations and delinquencies.
• Process evictions and attend hearings as required.
• Lease apartments as needed and manage move-ins/move-outs and renewals.
