You will support leasing operations, tenant relations, and marketing efforts while ensuring timely rent collection and property upkeep. The role requires coordinating with residents, tours, and flexible scheduling, including weekends. Growing with the team, you’ll contribute to retention and community standards.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.

Aufgaben

• Assist with move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
