Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Florida is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily operations under the Property Manager’s guidance and to prepare for a future advancement to Property Manager.

You will handle filing of resident and vendor documents, manage rent processing in Onesite, create work orders, monitor mail and deposits, and support confidential resident communications in a diverse, mission‑driven team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; property management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work with diverse clients.
• Basic computer skills; valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• File and organize residents’ documents related to move-ins, move-outs, and recertifications.
• Process rent payments and deposits; enter data into property management software.
• Prepare and track work orders; forward to maintenance staff.
• Assist with confidentiality requirements; HIPAA adherence.
• Maintain Onesite entries and assist with applicant communications.
