Charities Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Santa Clara County housing communities. You will handle leasing, resident relations, notices, and Yardi data entry, while assisting the Property Manager to maintain compliance and service standards.
The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma, excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION: Assistant Property Manager
COMPENSATION: $25.00-$28.00 per hour DOE. Selected candidate may be required to live onsite in a 2-bedroom townhouse-style unit.

THIS POSITION OFFERS A 4% ANNUAL SALARY SIGN-ON BONUS for new hires.
Administrative duties include, but are not limited to:
Supervise all personnel and contractors, as directed by the Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor, including enforcing job descriptions and preparing the following work schedules: Grounds maintenance; Building maintenance; Janitors; Redecoration of units/Turnovers.
