Avenue5 Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Irvine, CA to support daily operations, leasing, and resident satisfaction. You will assist the Property Manager with rent collection, reporting, and vendor coordination while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities include lease administration, move-ins/outs, audits, and training staff. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years PM experience, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and familiarity with Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required or preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred or equivalent system.

Responsibilities

• Assist property manager with day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain rent roll, collect rent, post payments and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial/ leasing reports.
• Audit records for deadlines, delinquencies and unlawful detainers.
• Process evictions and lease agreements, move-ins/outs, renewals.
• Assist training of staff in leasing, marketing, and operations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.
