Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Corona, CA. You will assist the property manager with daily operations, leasing, reporting, and ensuring resident satisfaction, while coordinating with maintenance and vendors.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, knowledge of leases, and familiarity with rent collections. A real estate license is preferred, and Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable, collect rent, and post payments.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records, expirations, delinquent accounts, and evictions.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals; assist with training.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; coordinate with maintenance.
