Qualifications

• LIHTC experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Yardi Systems
• ARM or CAM designation encouraged and Fair Housing training

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and budgeting.
• Ensure 100% compliance with tax-credit/set-aside requirements.
• Maintain occupancy levels and financial reporting.
• Lead and train on-site staff and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop resident retention and marketing programs.
• Respond to resident issues and emergencies as needed.
