Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our multifamily communities in Portland, OR. The role focuses on keeping properties market-ready, delivering superior service, and leading a high-performing on-site team.

You will help manage operations, budgeting, leasing, and reporting while maintaining strong resident relations and ensuring adherence to company standards. This role requires a proactive, team-oriented supervisor with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of property management experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and reporting.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and resident traffic; support leasing goals.
• Assist on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
