Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations, lease administration, and monthly reporting. You will help manage resident relations, coordinate maintenance, and oversee accounts receivable to ensure a positive living experience for residents and owners.

You will work closely with the property manager, ensure compliance with policies, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and rent rolls.
• Prepare monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Lease apartments and assist with resident relations and problem resolution.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
