Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, resident relations, leasing, and reporting. The role requires overseeing maintenance coordination, rent collection, and ensuring a clean, safe community experience for residents and owners.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years in property management, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent collection, and daily deposits.
• Accurately and timely complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Lease apartments as needed and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Audit and ensure compliance with management guidelines and safety rules.
• Assist in training staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
