Job summary

TLR Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Riverview Apartments in Tampa. The role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on efficient operation, ROI maximization, rent collection, deposits, notices, and leasing support.

Responsibilities include using property management software, daily transactions, accounting closeouts, and ensuring occupancy targets while delivering strong customer service and professional conduct on site.

Responsibilities

• Collects and secures rental and utility payments
• Make daily bank deposits and verify the accuracy of those deposits
• Deliver late rent letters, “notices”, and contact residents with unpaid rent
• Assist in the eviction process and follow-up procedures
• Utilize property management software and other systems for day-to-day tasks
• Be involved in daily activity transactions
• Prepare accounting records and reports including Statement of Deposit Account and Monthly Closeout
• Assist in the leasing process to meet community and company goals
• Meet with residents to address rent delinquencies or occupancy issues
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor and promote a team environment
