Related Group in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential properties, handle leases, rent collections, and on-site management tasks. The role involves coordinating maintenance, budgeting, and vendor relationships to ensure property performance.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree or related experience, with strong knowledge of lease administration, bookkeeping, and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements and collects rents.
• Directs bookkeeping, credits and debits client accounts per operating budget.
• Arranges maintenance, upkeep, and reconditioning of property as per agreement.
• Employs security, maintenance, and groundskeeping staff as needed within budget.
• Purchases supplies for leased properties per budget.
• Monitors occupancy, lease expirations, and reports status to owner.
• Supports clients on financing, purchasing, or selling property.
• Prepares periodic inventories and coordinates utilities transfers.
• Assists with tenant evictions in compliance with court directions.
