Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Frisco, TX. You will support move-outs, leases, resident relations, and marketing activities while ensuring rent collection and occupancy goals are met.

The role requires at least 1 year in leasing or property management, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability may be needed; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to organize and multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
