Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Frisco, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community. You will drive leasing, occupancy, financial performance, and staff leadership, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

You will supervise onsite teams, manage resident relations, process leasing paperwork, analyze monthly budgets, and contribute to annual asset plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including taking calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policy and local/federal regulations.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager and complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Assigns and proofs all leasing paperwork.
• Audit and adhere to lease file policy.
• Additional duties as assigned.
