Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in the Dallas area is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Plano to support leasing, operations and resident relations. You will handle move-outs, renewals, rent collections, and marketing efforts while coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams.

The role emphasizes guest relations, multitasking, and launching retention programs; a minimum of 1 year in property management, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a structured manner.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the property with clients, stairs included.
• May require a valid driver's license and state-specific license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy.
• Assist with marketing strategies, ads, promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-readies and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
