Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our on-site team in Texas. You will assist with move-out notices, lease renewals, and resident relations while analyzing leasing trends and supporting marketing efforts.

The role requires 1 year of related leasing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license and flexibility, including weekends, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Handle resident relations and respond to calls and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Support development of marketing strategies, ads, promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs, landscaping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
