Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Colorado. The role supports leasing activities, resident relations, and property operations, working under the property management team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proven multitasking and deadline-management abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and state license/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, calls, requests, and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments, and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
