Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and operations across our properties. The role focuses on renewal programs, rent collection, and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

The candidate will assist with marketing, lease administration, and property inspections, while coordinating with teams to maintain occupancy targets and quality service for residents and clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing or property management experience
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs
• Role MAY require a valid driver's license
• Role may require you to obtain a state specific license or certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices and service requests
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs
• Manage resident relations and respond to calls/requests
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising and publications
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models
• Inspect the property for community policy violations, needed repairs and overall landscaping
• Additional duties as assigned
