Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Washington, DC seeks an Assistant Property Manager to maintain safe, attractive living environments and ensure high resident satisfaction. You will support the Property Manager, drive occupancy through on- and off-site marketing, collect rents, and oversee vendor and reporting tasks.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, strong communication, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within Enterprise Residential's communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. NCHM COS & TCS Certification or equivalent certification and experience, or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide direction to the team in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and internal policies.
• Assist in processing property expenses and preparing reports.
