Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years property management experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• NCHM COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) & TCS (Tax Credit Specialist) Certification or equivalent certification and ability to obtain.
• Rehab and Lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Strong marketing and leasing experience.
• Ability to read and understand basic financial statements and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches a high-performance property team and ensures performance standards are met.
• Oversees operations, marketing, financial management and maintenance of the property.
• Maintains safe, clean, attractive grounds and a strong first impression for residents and guests.
• Develops the annual operating budget and maintenance plans; monitors expenses and revenues.
• Interacts with residents and resolves concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and applicable regulations; trains staff accordingly.
• Leads sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals and responds to market conditions.
