Job summary

Unified Residential Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help oversee residential and commercial properties. You will support the Property Manager in tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting to maximize property value and regulatory compliance.

The role includes coordinating leasing activities, maintaining records, and contributing to marketing efforts to attract tenants while ensuring excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in property management or related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Real estate license or certification in property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Support the leasing process by conducting property showings, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including rent collections, expense tracking, and budget preparation.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property features through various channels.
