Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations at our communities in the United States. This role requires proactive communication and teamwork to maintain occupancy and performance.

You will assist with lease renewals, analyze occupancy trends, and collaborate on marketing efforts while ensuring top-notch resident satisfaction and smooth property operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely, organized manner.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• State-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls and requests.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including ads and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
