Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Los Angeles to support the Property Manager in daily operations and financial performance of the property. You will assist with leasing, collections, move-ins, move-outs, and administrative duties while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Maintenance and vendors to deliver timely service and maintain accurate records, with nights/weekends as needed and a strong emphasis on customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) preferred but not required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint; ADP experience; Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI, and Asana a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments in line with company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain all account records and financial transactions, including NSF checks, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and other debits/credits.
• Keep complete and accurate resident files meeting company standards.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Conduct move-in inspections and deposit accounting; assist with move-out inspections.
• Perform regular property and vacant unit inspections; coordinate with Maintenance and vendors for service resolutions.
• Process maintenance work orders; provide outstanding customer service.
