Assistant Property Manager
Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves balancing tasks, solving problems, and creating positive experiences for others? As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping to oversee operations, support residents, and contribute to the success of our community.
Support the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
Assistwith prospective resident screenings and the move-in/move-out processes.
Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with leasing activities, such as conducting property tours, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
Oversee rent collection, process payments, and manage delinquency follow-ups.
Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of service requests and upkeep of the property.
Monitor and report on property performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing resident events to foster a sense of community.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor properties to help position our community for success.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
You have experience in property management, leasing, bookkeeping,or a similar field.
You're a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
You're detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
You're confident using property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
You're a problem solver with a proactive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
