Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Services seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities in Hamilton, OH. You will assist with leasing, resident support, compliance, rent collection, and coordinating maintenance.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years in affordable housing or related site operations, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with OneSite and MS Office is a plus, with COS or Tax Credit Certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in affordable housing, leasing, or site operations preferred.
• Familiarity with HUD/LIHTC or other compliance programs is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or Tax Credit Certification preferred.
• ARM or CAM designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Step into site leadership responsibilities when the Property Manager is unavailable.
• Deliver responsive, courteous service to residents regarding inquiries, complaints, and maintenance needs.
• Assist in coordinating resident services, programming, or events.
• Assist with new resident orientations and maintain a welcoming site environment.
• Maintain relationships with Resident Council and Social Services personnel (if applicable).
• Ensure adherence to housing regulations including HUD, LIHTC, and other funding programs.
