Job summary

Associa is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the General Manager and onsite team in Miami. The role schedules staff, manages daily operations, and coordinates package delivery and concierge activities to ensure a smooth building experience.

The AGM will monitor homeowner concerns, help maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas, attend board meetings as needed, and assist HR with onboarding and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in related field.
• Experience leading teams at property level or similar environments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage Emergency and Fire Safety systems and procedures.
• Train employees on emergency responsiveness and safety.
• Attend board meetings and take minutes when needed.
• Oversee payroll, invoices, and financial reporting assistance.
• Walk all amenities and BOH areas daily for upkeep and safety.
• Coordinate with GM, HR, and contractors as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and uniform standards across onsite staff.
• Support communications to homeowners and board members.
