Job summary

Affinity Management Services is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to support the operation of communities served in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County. You will cultivate relationships with boards and homeowners, manage vendors, and ensure maintenance and efficient governance of subdivisions within the Master association.

You will assist the Community Association Manager, oversee budgets and financial reporting, prepare meeting agendas, review contracts and RFPs, and

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
• Bilingual proficiency preferred.
• 2 years of experience in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subdivisions within the Master association to ensure proper management and adherence to community standards.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with the Board of Directors and homeowners; respond to service requests and investigate complaints.
• Foster relationships with association vendors; supervise service quality and collaboration.
• Assist in planning and implementing systems to protect community assets and records.
• Inspect community and facilities; ensure safety rules are communicated and enforced.
• Investigate accidents and claims for property damage and prepare detailed reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas; manage files and attend Board and Annual or Special meetings.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports; analyze variance and ensure accuracy.
