Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for on-site work at The Rose in San Francisco. You will support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, resident services, and events coordination to foster affordable housing communities.

The role emphasizes customer service, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with front desk and maintenance teams. The position is on-site at 125 6th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit housing laws.
• Knowledge of real estate property management applications.
• Ability to adhere to complex regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enters data in resident accounts receivable ledgers.
• Assists with resident records documentation.
• Collects rent and other income, makes bank deposits, and forwards receipts.
• Assists with the leasing process from initial application to move-in.
• Responds to customer service requests.
• May work outside normal business hours to respond to the needs of the property.
