Mercy Housing West Capitol is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily on-site operations at an affordable housing community in Sacramento. The role partners with the Property Manager to oversee leasing, resident services, and financial tasks while engaging residents and coordinating the front desk and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has strong HUD/Tax Credit familiarity and customer-service skills; on-site work is required with opportunities for growth within Mercy

Formación

• 1 year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws.
• Knowledge of real estate property management applications.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with resident records documentation.
• Collects rent and other income, makes bank deposits, and forwards receipts.
• Assists with the leasing process from initial application to move-in.
• Responds to customer service requests.
• May work outside normal business hours to respond to the needs of the property.
