Qualifikationen

• MS Office - intermediate to advanced.
• 2+ years of Administrative, industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in commercial property management is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests/tenants and answer incoming calls, handle inquiries.
• Respond to emails and service portal requests.
• Coordinate maintenance and notify tenants of upcoming tasks.
• Maintain certificates of insurance and business licenses.
• Assist with property budgets and CAM reporting.
• Coordinate tenant improvements and vendor communications.
• Review Accounts Receivable and follow up on late payments.
