You will work under the Senior Property Managers to coordinate tenant communications, track work orders, assist with budgets and vendor contracts, and ensure high property standards while maintaining strong tenant relations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Property/Facilities Management, Commercial experience preferred.
• Experience in and working knowledge of business/office administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate property management, maintenance, and construction activities for commercial tenants.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and manage work orders and service programs.
• Assist in preparing budgets, operating expense reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Support accounts receivable tasks, rent collection, and daily property inspections.
• Maintain tenant leases compliance and coordinate communications with tenants and vendors.
