Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of facilities maintenance or building operations experience.
• Basic HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Windows).
• Valid California driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial building systems.
• Assist operation and monitoring of BAS and building systems.
• Respond to tenant service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Replace filters, belts, lamps, and lighting fixtures as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors ensuring safety and company standards.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and logs.
