Qualifications

• Associate's degree required with 1–3 years of affordable housing or property management experience.
• Experience with HUD rental assistance, LIHTC, HOME or related programs preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage certification schedule; process all certification types for submission to internal or external partnerships.
• Manage, maintain, and execute records and files; sort, index, and file material; handle purchasing and work order requests.
• Coordinate training programs for staff; instruct and advise site management.
• Receive tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests and resolve them per policies.
• Conduct unit and property inspections to ensure program compliance.
• Complete monthly financial narratives; prepare and analyze budgets.
• Manage delinquency for tenant accounts and address issues.
• Create and manage legal notices and process evictions as required.
