Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for walk-ins, phone calls, and emails; greet applicants, tenants, and visitors; explain processes and refer to appropriate department.
• Process annual and interim tenant eligibility reviews to ensure HUD compliance and calculate rent based on income.
