Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• NCHM COS and TCS Certification or equivalent, or ability to obtain.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English with diverse groups.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; quick to learn new applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement sales and marketing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and maintain records.
• Prepare and distribute reports on operational and financial data.
• Assist in processing property expenses and vendor invoices.
• Provide direction in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Support other communities as assigned by management.
