Job summary

Enterprise is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Park View at Coldspring in Baltimore, MD. This onsite role focuses on maintaining a safe, attractive living environment, assisting with leasing, rent collection, and reporting.

You will support the Property Manager, engage residents, and help drive occupancy through targeted marketing and strong customer service. The position requires at least three years in property management, a high school diploma or GED, and certification or willingness

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read, in English, policies and procedures and general business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Interacts routinely with residents and communicates effectively to address concerns.
• Implements sales and marketing activities on and off site to achieve occupancy goals.
• Collects rents, monitors delinquencies, and maintains accurate records.
• Provides direction to the team in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Prepares and distributes reports on operational and financial data.
