Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help ensure a safe, attractive living environment and superior resident service. You will support the Property Manager in daily operations and handle leasing, renewals, and compliance while coordinating with residents, vendors, and staff.

The role requires at least three years in property management, a high school diploma or GED, and COS/TCS certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• NCHM COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) & TCS (Tax Credit Specialist) Certification or equivalent or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and staff to address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage leases, renewals, and applicant screening.
• Collect rents and monitor delinquencies; maintain records.
