Your day will be dynamic, starting with opening preparations, property inspections, and customer assistance. You will handle rental agreements, payments, and address customer concerns. Regular property inspections and safety checks are part of your routine, along with engaging in meetings and training. The day ends with closing procedures, ensuring the property is secure. Enjoy a work schedule of five days a week (no Sundays) and work finishing by 6 pm, allowing personal time outside of work.
