We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will manage daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to the organization's success. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 4120 East 10th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, focusing on safety and maximizing rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Conduct property walks frequently during shifts.
  • Spend about 50% of time outdoors, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness through inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between store locations.
Typical Day:

Your day will be dynamic, starting with opening preparations, property inspections, and customer assistance. You will handle rental agreements, payments, and address customer concerns. Regular property inspections and safety checks are part of your routine, along with engaging in meetings and training. The day ends with closing procedures, ensuring the property is secure. Enjoy a work schedule of five days a week (no Sundays) and work finishing by 6 pm, allowing personal time outside of work.
