We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented individual for the role of Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will manage daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to the organization's success. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 3515 S. Ridgewood Ave, Edgewater, FL 32141
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and handle bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience beneficial.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and appearance.
  • Transport items up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Typical Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, property inspections, safety checks, and closing procedures. You will also participate in meetings, training, and collaborative projects, maintaining a work/life balance with five days a week (no Sundays) and ending by 6 pm.
